Banning ATM surcharges would make many Americans happy

voter initiative is being debated in California, one that could reshape the financial future of college students and all other Americans everywhere. Yes, in San Francisco, California, a proposal to ban ATM surcharges will go before voters sometime in November. If that initiative is passed and it holds up in court, the stage will be set for every state in the Union to restrict banks from charging ATM users.

We here at the Daily Athenaeum are pretty certain Forinash is just lost because he has never actually had to go out and do “real news” before. Usually, he sits in the safe confounds of the newsroom, typing his insignificant movie reviews and annoying the “real writers” because he never has to do “interviews” or worry about “facts.”
