NATO strike kills Albanian refugees

BELGRADE, Yugoslavia — As NATO warplanes hammered Serb targets in Kosovo Wednesday, Yugoslavia said one of the strikes hit a convoy of ethnic Albanian refugees, killing at least 64 and wounding 20.
