After a 15-year hiatus, Playboy Enterprises Inc.’s top 25 party school list is back in action, and West Virginia University has claimed the No. 5 spot.

India deploying troops to  prevent revenge movement

GANDHINAGAR, India (AP) -- Soldiers move to prevent religious riots in India after ‘‘Movement for Revenge.’’
Those killed at the Swaminarayan Temple on the outskirts of Gandhinagar included at least one government commando, two policemen and the two attackers. Seventy-four people were wounded, including at least 23 police officers.

Internship program offers experience, opportunity

Students seeking legislative internship experience for the 2003 spring semester have the opportunity to apply for positions offered by the state Legislature.
The West Virginia Legislative Internship Program offers up to 70 positions under four separate programs. Each program has positions available for either graduate or undergraduate programs.

Attacking Arafat’s compound is a bad idea
he all too familiar scene of Israel surrounding Yasser Arafat's compound in Ramallah has once again been seen by the world. Following a suicide bombing in tel Aviv last Thursday, Israeli officials are now demanding the surrender of at least 19 men inside the Ramallah building. 
Yasser Arafat is refusing to give up anything or anyone to any Israelis no matter what happens.

Beck is bummed. Sea Change is such a depressing departure from the carefree folly of “Loser” and “Devil’s Haircut” you might not recognize it as the same artist. If he would’ve included a self-addressed, stamped envelope with his new album I’d send him money because I feel so bad for him. But don’t let it get to you; if you made an album this good it would have to cheer you up in the end.
