Sniper evidence mounting

WASHINGTON (AP) — At a terrible cost, police are learning more about the Washington-area sniper day by day, death by death. Insights into his voice, penmanship, grammar, mood and mode of operation have flowed from his communications, and other evidence is mounting.
Yet so far, police hunt in vain.

Vandals in Towers should be treated like children
he basic rules, or cultural norms, of entering adulthood are apparently not being fully elaborated on in freshman Orientation 101 classes.
But honestly, would lessons in class change the students’ (if they can be considered actual college-age scholars) actions that are causing regular disruptions in the elevators at Towers?
Probably not.
