WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court revealed deep divisions over the death penalty Monday as justices used unusually strong language regarding the constitutionality of executing people who killed when they were juveniles and allowing exceedingly long waits on death row.

David Mead is a singer/songwriter who lacks an affinity for either. Born in New York, Mead’s claim to fame is opening for Eagle Eye Cherry, Liz  Phair and Shelby Lynne. If you’re familiar with any of those past the first, pat yourself on the back. Mine and Yours is a collection of songs that shows how desperately Mead is trying to excel in something he is merely sub-par at.
