Yemen acknowledges blast as terror attack

SAN’A, Yemen (AP) — Finally acknowledging what French and U.S. officials have been saying for days, Yemen said that an Oct. 6 blast on a French oil tanker was caused by an explosives-laden boat that rammed the vessel near a Yemeni port.
