Submission Policy

To place an announcement in the Campus Calendar, fill out a form in the Athenaeum office no later than noon THREE DAYS prior to when you need the announcement to run. Information may be sent via U.S. or campus mail or by sending a fax to 293-6857. We also accept submissions by e-mail. They can be sent to dacalendar@mail.wvu.edu, but please include all pertinent info.
Announcements WILL NOT be taken over the phone. Please resubmit last semester’s announcements.
Because of space limitations, announcements will only run a day or two. (Please don’t request that they run longer.)
Unless it’s a University sponsored event, all off-campus events must have free admission to be included in the calendar.
If your group has a set time and place for meetings during the semester, fill out one form and specify how it is to be used.
The editors reserve the right to edit or delete any submission. There is no charge for publication. Questions should be directed to the Campus Calendar editor, Brad Tennant, at 293-5092. Thank you.
