One killed, 13 injured in I-64 accident

MILTON (AP) — One man was killed Saturday when a pickup truck carrying 14 Mexican migrant workers lost control and flipped on a section of Interstate 64 where more than 900 accidents have occurred since 1998.

Especially considering that Wheeling was given $70 million from the same fund for an outlet shopping mall.
