Talks test Saddam’s pledge to cooperate with weapons teams

VIENNA, Austria (AP) — U.N. weapons inspectors demanded the right to roam freely around Saddam Hussein’s palaces and other suspect sites when they opened talks with the Iraqis Monday on the logistics of a possible return to Baghdad.

Four years ago, a 21-year-old University of Wyoming  student was severely beaten, tied to a fence and left to die in Laramie, Wyo. His name was Matthew Shephard. Shephard was the victim of a hate crime because he was gay.

Of those 102, Jake Lantz was declared the winner by tiebreaker. Lantz finished with an impressive 22-3 record along with Wes Knight.
