The University must now be accountable for asbestos problems

he hammer of justice has been slammed, and now West Virginia University must answer.
Kanawha County Circuit Judge Tod Kaufman ruled Sept. 13 that the University’s insurance covers injuries resulting from the inhalation of asbestos particles. This means that any University employee who feels they were put into danger by being exposed to asbestos can have tests to see if any damage to their respiratory system has been done -- at the University’s cost.

Bush and Gore debates: Let’s get it on
In two weeks, we get to see Round One of “Who Wants to be President.”
o steal a line from Mills Lane: "Let's get it on." 
In two weeks, George W. Bush and Al Gore will finally get in the ring together and try to knock the other out of line for the Oval Office in their first debate. It will be the heavyweight fight of the year. Both will have strategy. Bush will try to "float like a butterfly and sting like a bee," while Gore is looking to "rope a dope."
