Clinton revives proposal for long-term tax credit

WASHINGTON — President Clinton, resurrecting an initiative that died in Congress last year, will propose up to $3,000 in tax credits to help 2 million Americans struggling to provide long-term care for elderly or disabled relatives.

Airport field office to remain open

Supernova:  Intergalatic nonsense with super effects

Recently, Hollywood has produced fantastic, incredibly intelligent science fiction, resulting in large profit, much acclaim, and most importantly, a large rise in the level of quality expected from the genre. The Matrix and The Sixth Sense, two films that can make strong claims as best movie of 1999, along with Event Horizon, The Thirteenth Floor and Dark City all shed very positive light on the ability of film makers to produce wonderful art.
